Love Match Retreats – A New Way to Fall in Love?

If you’re looking for love, Love Match Retreats might be the answer.

Many women declare themselves unlucky in love. And many seem to have hit the jackpot- so why does the course of love run smoothly for some and not for all.

If only there was a love potion for all those who want to cut the crap out of dating. But until that is invented, Love Match Retreats might be able to help.

Co-founded by dating guru, Genevieve Zawada (CEO of Elect Club and Matchmaker) and Dr Angela Smith, a clinical psychologist, the women have been mending broken hearts for over three decades.

As we mature, our lust for love might have gone a bit stale and our outlook bitter, but this inspirational weekend workshop is designed exactly for us! For a start, it takes place in secluded luxury surroundings in the countryside, with twelve other single women (ranging from 20s to 50s) who have all decided they want to take control of their love lives.

The established programme takes you through understanding unhealthy dating and relationship patterns, and teaches you how to break them; Crucially helping you recognise patterns of the past and avoid them. Also included are activities to help transform any guilt or blame, and coaching sessions to embrace the mind body and spirit.

Along with addressing what you think you want from love, the retreat encourages you to be kind to yourself and take time out for you through indulgent mindfulness exercises, and great food and wine!

You will leave the course, with some new friendship bonds, realistic expectations of how to attract the right person, and confidence to recognise red flag characteristics, and what to do,

With supportive follow-up available, this weekend might just change your life.

The autumn Retreat takes place on 9th – 12th November 2018 in Essex.
