Sometimes it’s out with the new and in with the old- particularly in the case of Hawes & Curtis new collection.
The stylish brand has partnered with Warner Bros for a unique collaboration to promote The Man From U.N.C.L.E- a movie described as this years most fashionable flick.
The movie is directed by Guy Ritchie and stars Henry Cavill, providing the brand with a perfect opportunity to showcase its phenomenal heritage which has long been admired by Hollywood’s elite.
Hawes & Curtis have interpreted three iconic scenes from the movie and created a myriad of 60s inspired outfits, including pin-sharp suits, cutaway collars and monochrome blouses. The suits are made from the finest Italian Wool and the super soft shirts from 140s cotton, with detailing including Mother of Pearl buttons, tie pins and pocket squares.
Owner Touker Suleyman, who’s currently starring in the new series of Dragons’ Den, said the partnership with The Man from U.N.C.L.E. would highlight the best of what Hawes & Curtis had to offer.
“As soon as we saw the trailer for the film we knew it had bags of style,” he said. “Whether hero or villain, all of the characters were impeccably dressed and we are delighted to work in partnership to produce some sartorial collections of our own.
“Hawes & Curtis has always been famous for its shirts but now we are much more than this and the evolution is incredibly exciting.”
