Goldheart Assembly are one of my favourite bands, their first record Wolves and Thieves, was recorded in a Steam Railway museum in Norfolk. For the new release they’ve gone for a different approach and used an actual recording studio.
They are so excited by the new album they have leaked a rough mix and even shot a video for this track, Linnaeus.
The band are currently in the process of whittling down the 21 tracks they recorded in 3 weeks in Luzern into a more manageable 11. Despite the rawness of this track I think the
Promising string quartets, brass ensembles and megaphones I’m already looking forward to it. Look out for more news on the new Goldheart Assembly record on Flush the Fashion closer to its release date (early next year), or visit www.goldheartassembly.com
