DatadripDatadrip

We are two Dublin-based multi-instrumentalists, delivering live alt-electro that is textured, driven, and melodic.

Current / forthcoming releases>
Works EP – Available free from datadrip.bandcamp.com
Untitled Album – Due Autumn 2011

Who are your influences?
Depeche Mode, Dan Deacon, Fuck Buttons, Radiohead, The Field, The Pixies, The Kinks, Animal Collective,  My Bloody Valentine, M83, and lots more.

Interesting Fact?
We met via the internet, and still make a lot of our music passing song ideas/parts back and forth over the net! This is due to laziness.

Plans for the rest of 2011?
We want to complete our debut album by mid-autumn, that way we have a spare month to make our halloween costumes. Steve is going to be a robot-banana and Brendan is going to be an Airfix Model Cow. We also hope to play some boutique festivals over the summer, and keep gigging as productively as possible.
