It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! If it hasn’t been looking that way for you so far, then it no doubt will start looking that way soon. You can’t deny it; Christmas cheer is spreading.
Decorations are going up, lights are being switched on, limited edition coffee is being served – you can’t avoid it any longer. So, what better way to accept your fate than by planning some Christmassy days out for you and yours? Christmas can be a holiday full of commercialism, spoiled brats, and bragging (I bought 300 presents for each of my 8 kids this year!), but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the good things about it. You’ll find ideas below:
Go Ice Skating Or Tobogganing
Why not get into the Christmas spirit by ice skating or even tobogganing? Nothing scream Christmas quite like getting wrapped up warm to play on some ice or in some snow. These are activities that the whole family can have fun doing, so are perfect for the lead up to Christmas!
Plan A Whole Day Out
Christmas shopping is something you’ll probably feel the need to do even if you don’t necessarily agree with Christmas commercialism. Make a list, create a budget, and don’t get drawn in by deals and offers that you don’t need. Make a whole day of it too, planning a nice lunch stop and perhaps even exploring somewhere new.
See A Show
What better way to spend time with your loved ones over the festive period than going to see an amazing show together? The infographic below can help you to pick one.
