Glastonbury Emerging Talent Updates

Earlier in the year we do a series of features on a lot of the bands nominated for Glastonbury’s Emerging Talent list. Here is a quick catch up with 3 of those bands.

Datadrip

Dublin-based multi-instrumentalists, Datadrip sound like a drunk wasp in a suit of armour (that is good!) and have just released a new EP ‘Collision’. You can listen and download below.

Vetoes

vetoes single launchVetoes are launching their debut single “Rats” at The Old Blue Last near Old Street on Sun 25 Sept. In addition to the band you can also see some of London’s finest on the bill, with DJ sets from Club.The.Mammoth, Loveless and Worship. There is also live sets from Romania’s Grimus and local boys Zoo Zero.

(Grimus have had two no.1 radio singles in Romania, this is there only UK appearance in 2011).

The night kicks off at 8pm and entry is free.

Treetop Flyers

Its been a busy year for Treetop Flyers after winning the Glastonbury Festival Emerging Talent Competition and playing the ‘Other Stage’ at the festival in June, they have performed at Hop Farm, Blissfields, Festinho and more.
