Can it really be NINE years since the original Sin City movie exploded onto our screens way back in 2005? Time flies when you’re having fun, eh?
Way back in the noughties Sin City broke boundaries in the way it used live action together with computer animation and digital cinematography, the result was an electrifying mixture of graphic novel, film-noir and cartoon violence that delighted both hard-core Frank Miller fans and newbies alike.
Now co-directors Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller have come together again to make Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For. The movie is unleashed to the public in the UK on Monday 25th August and promises to be another slice of visceral violence and pulp fiction dialogue.
Joining original cast members Mickey Rourke (Marv) and Jessica Alba (Nancy) in new tales and stories from two of Miller’s graphic novels are Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis and Josh Brolin. Judging by the clip, it looks like it could be one hell of a roller-coaster ride!
