You may remember about a week ago on FTF we featured a somewhat cryptic post involving tennis ace Roger Federer, Champion Skier Lindsey Vonn and the world famous Swiss chocolate Lindt.
The pair had been in close contact through social media ever since Roger asked his millions of Twitter followers to suggest a sport he should have a go at. Lindsey replied and offered to teach him to Ski in return for a tennis lesson.
(Almost) ever the gent, Roger accepted the challenge, but in a twist invited Lindsey to play on a slightly unusual tennis court situated 3,454m above sea level in Jungfraujoch, Austria.
Jungfraujoch is known as ‘The Top of Europe’ and it’s also the location of Lindt’s newest (and highest) chocolate shop. The Lindt staff were invited to see the action at close hand and the winner was rewarded with a special taste of #chocolateheaven (see video).
At this point it’s uncertain whether Lindsey will get her revenge on the ski slopes in a potential rematch, but I’m pretty sure this could be the start of a beautiful friendship.
